Electrical
- Copper wires in protective tubes with Legrand Valena or equivalent fittings.
- Power supply of 3 x 16 Amp in every apartment.
- Internal network: 3 phase wires / max. 6.5KW in the kitchen for the oven/hob.
- All rooms fitted with electrical sockets, light switches, wiring for ceiling lights (light fittings not included).
- Electrical socket on the balcony.
- Television points and telephone/broadband sockets in living room and bedrooms.
- Wired for light fittings over bathroom and kitchen sinks.

- Internal walls & ceiling painted with cream dispersion paint.
- Ceramic wall tiles in the bathroom up to door height,
- 60 cm high tiling between the kitchen counter and wall units.
- Non slip stone porcelain or similar finish floor tiles in the bathrooms and the kitchen with non freezing tiles on the terrace/balcony with 10 cm high stone porcelain skirting, where the floors are tiled.
- Engineered timber flooring in the hallway, living room and bedrooms.
Windows and Doors
- Golden Oak or similar PVC windows and terrace doors with insulated glazing.
- Entrance door is insulated, steel frame with wooden or laminated door, 5 point security lock system, 30 minute fire resistant.
- Internal doors are wooden or laminated frame with wooden or laminated grain plate door.
- External windows prepared for built in roller window blinds.
Kitchen
- Fully fitted kitchen with granite or similar worktop. The oven, hob, extractor fan and refrigerator are included.
Bedroom
- One fitted wardrobe in each bedroom.
Air Conditioning
- Air conditioning in each apartment, individually metered.
Common Areas
- Non slip stone porcelain finish or similar floor tiles.
- Polished stainless steel lifts with internal mirrors and floors cladded with tiles.
